Description
Suitable for very active investors. • High potential return on investment in neutral and bullish markets • Airbag to protect against unlimited risk, as interim losses can be substantial. The Daily Options System NL 3.1. is a mechanical trading system, which uses an options strategy for very high potential returns on investment in neutral and bullish markets. To do so, the system writes options premium with daily options on the AEX Index. The system has been live trading since June 2019. • Daily Options: daily trading in options on the AEX Index • The system (usually) opens a new short put position for the next trading day, before market close. • The system uses dynamic trading rules for profit taking and loss taking. • The statistical chance that a profitable trade is done, is larger than the statistical chance that a loss making trade is done. • The profit per trade can therefore be smaller than the loss per trade, without having a negative impact on the hypothetical return on investment. • The system uses long puts, as an airbag against sharp falls in market prices. • The airbag allows for a lower margin requirement Please note: this is a very active system, trading daily. Transaction costs are therefore high. The returns on investment as well as the results on this website are gross results.
